"Basically" Hump Day Back to Basics Tuesday
I figured I would start it off this morning since *hopefully* Liz is sleeping in and getting rest today.
4 years 10 months out. 15 lbs of baby weight to lose....and here's my food plan for the day.

S: 2 pieces of mozzarella string cheese
L: chicken Thighs in diced tomatoes
S: none (too busy at work today)
D: BBQ chicken on grill & broccoli
