Monday Excercise
Okay I did my hour on the Elliptical burning almost 1100 calories. I took Saturday off but Sunday I was so stressed I ended up excercising again. Oh well at least I took one day off. So what is everybody else doing to move today. Come on everyone post on this thread every single day to hold yourself accountable.
I'm not sure if I will get to the gym today or not. I have an appointment with the chiropractor and it will depend on how I feel when I leave there.
If I do go to the gym, I will do 30 mins of cardio-most likely on the treadmill and the do back,triceps and calves..
Rocco is helping me work out a regular schedule for consistency.

Morning All!
I got up late, but still managed to do a half-hour Gold's Gym Cardio Boxing workout this moring. It didn't quite "do it" for me today (I need to up the intensity tomorrow, I think), so will likely go for a run after work as well. And then again I'm going to the mall tonight (does intensive shopping count as exercise? haha!) to look for something Becky can wear for her senior portrait tomorrow morning.

I'm just finishing up at work then I'm gonna hit a 5:30 spin class and have a 7:00 appointment with my trainer Dan. We'll be doing upper body AGAIN due to my knee injuries. I took a lovely hike yesterday too and got myself outside on a beautiful day and one hell of a workout at the same time!

Took a couple of walks on the beach today. Sorry---I'm not quite 2 weeks postop and can't yet do the intense workouts that I read about on here. That will change soon, though. Till then, I'll just keep trudging along on my walks. Paul, my beau, usually walks with me, so this journey will benefit both of us.
