sticking to the basics - Monday
Here's today's plan...
B: Syntha-6 cookies & cream shake
L: Caprese salad (leftover from last night's dinner out -- Buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, basil)
S: Half a Supreme Protein bar (not sure if I'll eat it, not feeling too snacky today)
S: Protein shake (post-workout)
D: Chicken thighs simmered in mustard-based BBQ sauce, green beans
S: Fage with blueberries

Usually I am eating yogurt all day but every other day I have soup for snacks so I do not get sick of the yogurt. I eat yogurt all day to get my protein in because the shakes are just nasty. With this meal Plan I have 36 grams of protein. I have to get up to 62grams. When I eat yogurt with SF and half a banana is what I have been doing it is 11grams for each meal that gives me 66grams of protein every other day. I ran out of bananas and yogurt and the store I go to that has this kind of yogurt was out because I took all they had a few days ago and I did check Walmart but they do not have the kind I like. Anyone know where you can buy Chobani Greek Yogurt? I also have a Price Chopper, Giant, and Wegmans.
