Good morning ladies!

Here's my plan - I acutally did good with prep this weekend so I have good stuff to pack for the first few days of the week.

B: 1/2 english muffin - fage with peaches and strawberries
S: roast beef and cheese roll ups
L: eggplant parm (my way - with ricotta and no frying)
S: orange ricotta with strawberries
D: steak and zucchini
S: 1/2 PB&J sandwich

What's on your menu for today?

Good Morning Liz,
I am going to give this a try, as I usually don't post my plan for food for the day.  But, here goes.

B: Protein yogurt smoothie.
S: Oatmeal
L: Salad with steak on it
S: Cherries and peanuts
D: Pork, potato, green beans
S: Yogurt

Wish me luck.  I usually blow it at work at the snack machine for something salty, which is why I am packing the peanuts.

Hugs,
Trish

Good Morning Liz..........

I made the Boneless Skinless chicken thighs simmered in Garlic Petite Diced Tomatoes that someone posted last week. I love chicken breasts but find it they aren't cooked EXACTLY right, I get sick because of the texture. So I made the above and LOVE it. I forget who posted it but thanks! I will be eating it almost everyday this week as I made a batch of it last night.

B: coffee w/ choc protein, 3 mozzarella sticks
S: coffee w/ choc protein
L: chicken thighs w/ seasoned diced tomatoes
S: Fiber One toaster pastry
D: Cheese omelette

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Good Morning Liz -

I overindulged this weekend at my family's annual picnic so today I am sticking to liquids.  Shouldn't be too bad right?  I mean, we all did it for weeks after surgery.  I surely can make it through one day - lol.  Wish me luck.
