Ticker

Can anyone tell me how to get a ticker on my signature? I've been working on it for about an hour now, follow all the directions, get the ticker made, then go to put it on the signature and nothing but code. Can't figure out what I'm not doing correctly.

Also- if you delete the blank line above the image, the whole image will show up for you... right now it's getting cut off at the bottom.
