In VA.  Going to CarMax to get an appraisal on the way down to Petersburg.  Then yack and chat with relatives at the museum.  Then not sure what is after that.

As for me today me and the hubby are going to the Kutztown Folk Festival (its a "DATE"!!! LOL)  I am excited because I have never gone before and it looks like fun....then we may try to find the Lehigh Valley Mall (ya know the old saying"Once a mallrat....always a mallrat!!! LOL)No really I would like to see what stores they have and if it is bigger than my mall over here... But we will see....

The day is just sort of a relaxing one with the Folk Festival as our only real destination--we may just drive around the countryside and explore ...

Then it will be home to relax and enjoy the rest of the day...ohhhhh how I love the lazy days of summer!!!

Hey Laura,  I literally live across the street from the Lehigh Valley Mall.  If you are going to Kutztown, you will be very close (well about 40 mins).  I haven't been to Coventry Mall in a long time, so I can't tell u if it's any bigger.  I would love to hook up with you at the mall.  I'm not sure if I'll be home, it depends on timing and if I am able to con I mean convince someone to watch my child tonight.    My babysitter is actually working at the Kutztown Folk Festival at the Noah's Ark stuff--moon bounce, petting zoo type company.

Lisa--OMG!  I am sooo bummed I missed your post earlier!!!! I would have totally tried to meet up withyou! Arrrg!!! 

But the Festival was sooooo much fun!  We did not get a chance to go to the mall but maybe on another weekend....but we did have a nice time and a great lunch.  I hope next time we can totally set up a place and time to meet. It would be so much fun!!

Laura - I'd assume you have GPS but the Kutztown Fesitval is off of 78 (from what I remmeber) get on 78east then on 22 east and the mall is at the McArthur Rd Exit. I think that it is bigger then Coventry (I did all the sign work at Coventry!) There are actually 2 malls right across the street from eachother.

Liz--We actually didn't make it to the mall but thanks for the direction info!!!  I think next weekend we might try to drive up and see it...Coventry is two minutes literally from my house and it is cute but relatively small.  I just wanted to check out a bigger mall!!LOL

 Next time we will def get there!!  Maybe we could have a meet up there --you , me , Pam, Lisa and anyone else who wants to meet for lunch and a little shopping!!

Good morning everyone!  Up again WAY too early!  Body does not realize that it is on summer vacation andkeep getting up like I need to go to school! UGH!  

Today has me doing more camp labling and packing and then off to a baby shower.  Nothing else exciting!  May go to the movies tonight.  Hubby is working.  Tomorrow has my organizer comingback to help withthe basement mess and trying to see what space we have to move my son down there later this summer.

That is it for me.  Not very exciting - but quiet.

Congrats again to Mary and Norm on their big day.  I'm still working on getting a sitter for the after party!! I may actually have one!  Going to see if my dad is feeling ok, maybe she can spend the night there.  I had an interesting proposition last night and may try to see where that goes.  If not, my regular sitter may be able to come through for me. She is not sure.

Anyway, today has me going to synagogue where my best friends are giving their beautiful daughter her Hebrew name.  There is going to be a ton of people there and I am chanting the Haftorah (singing a story).

After services, I will be driving up to another friend's house to drop off some of my stuff for her big yard sale next weekend.  I can't fit everything into my car -- especially since I am getting rid of like 10 bags of clothes that are way too big on me.  SO, I am making a trip there today. (she lives about 40 mins away)

Tonight, IF I can get a sitter, I'll be doing the after party thing with the crew coming in for the wedding.  I really hope it works out.  I want to see everyone!!!

Good Morning everyone -
Today will be more sipping and walking for me.  I'm actually feeling pretty good considering that I just had surgery on Tuesday.  I got up this morning and took a walk to my local CVS.  I needed some allergy medicine and my boyfriend is working today, so I didn't have a ride.  My allergies are kiiling me, so I decided to walk.  It's not too far.  The walk felt good.  I've been doing lots of laps around the parking lot of my apartment complex.

I'm going to make my first protein shake this morning and see how it goes down.  Yesterday I tried protein water, which was smelly, but went down ok once I put it in a cup with a lid and I also made some protein pudding that I haven't tried yet. We'll see how it goes.
