I went to weigh in because 6 months ago today I had my surgery. I am down 103 pounds! AND am now 195lbs!!!! I almost cried when I saw the number. I haven't been under 200 pounds in about 20 years--- the surgery truly has changed my life!

Thanks. I made a promise to myself that if I had the surgery I would try my damnest to stick to the plan I was given... so far, so good.
