B: bacon egg and cheese sandwich

D: steak and a veggie
S: not sure - maybe a piece of coffee cake or a banana and PB2

Hmm...I have absolutely NO idea about today....so I guess I will plan now.

B:  I will swing by DD and get coffee and one of those new little egg and cheese wraps
L:  WW frozen meal and fresh red bell pepper

Nan,

I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your suggestion at last week's meeting about sugar-free Jello.  I've been getting awful carb cravings the past few days while I'm at work, where there's always lots of pretzels around.  I don't need those pretzels!  And when I've measured out a half serving of them, that is unfortunately enough to give me a case of the foamies, ugh.  So yesterday I made a package of Jello and brought it with me.  Over the course of the day, when the carb craving**** that's what I ate.  I ended up eating a little less than half of it, and I was very happy with that!  Not only did I manage to avoid the pretzels, but I also avoided the other carbs I'm sure I would have eaten throughout the rest of the day, had I given in to the pretzels.

So thanks for your suggestion!  I stocked up on Jello, and will definitely keep it my regular rotation.

 Im almost 10 months out.. I saw the post for dream field s pasta and actaully found it!!

B: Leftover pasta with a meatball
S: Banana with pb
L: Cheese, fresh turkey and avacado wrap
D:pork chops, squash, sweet taters
S: watermelon

Maybe a protein shake thrown in there for good measure.

B: Syntha-6 strawberry milkshake, coffee (not mixed together though!)
L: Chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes
S: cannelini, tomato and fresh mozzarella salad
S: protein shake (post workout)
D: Steamed sole with spinach
S: Fage with blueberries

B: ham & swiss on arnold's flat bread ( put in toaster oven for a few minutes and YUMMY!)
S: coffee w/ choclate protein
L: Buffalo wings (baked, skin on, but no breading)
S: coffee w/ choc. protein
D: Chicken breast
S: popcorn
