11.5 mies...impressive!
Wednesdays are a heavy day for me. Resistance training (4 leg exercises, 2 upper body), 12 minutes running on the treadmill at 6.8-7.2 mph, and finished up with about 20 or so minutes on the elliptical machine keep my heart rate above 80% maximum. Thankfully, my walk to the gym takes 15 minutes each way so that works in my warm-up too.
happy exercising everyone

11.5 miles? walking in the morning, heavens girl! Good for you ;)
I am going out at lunchtime for a walk, then directly from work I am heading to the gym where I will do 1/2 hour strength training and 1 hour of cardio, think I'm going to do the rowing machine and treadmill right afterwards, or treadmill and then elliptical. My muscles are sore as I was not in the gym when I was off of work and have just gotten back into it, but I am enjoying the soreness and it feels good to be actively doing what needs to be done, oh and last night I spent almost an hour doing yardwork, which is exercise ;)
Have a great day!

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
