I went for a walk this morning and did 11.5 miles around the whole neighborhood. I will probably walk again on lunch if it's not raining and do some light weights when I get home from work. So what is everybody else doing to move today??

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I'll be walking.  And walking.  And walking.   Almost a week postop, so I have to keep walking every couple of hours.

Not sure if I am going to have time to go the gym today with my busy schedule.. I am going to try to at least get in some cardio.

I think the chiropractor is going to show me some stretches/lower back exercises so that will count for something.

Rocco gave me some ball exercises and back stuff I can do so maybe I'll do that here tonight.

You are a machine.  when I read your post I you just give me inspiration to do more.  Well did my more 1 mile walk this moring and threw in about .2 miles jog in there also.  Trying to build up the jogging.  Little baby steps. And at lunch I will go for my 2 mile walk.

Hopefully tonight I will have enough engery to do my abs tape.

Mu hubby gets off early today and we're going walking.
I said walking the mall would be FANTASTIC!  hahahaha.
I need a little retail therapy with my exercise.

Retail therapy is always good for the soul - you're just beginning your journey and are going to change sizes so many times you won't believe it - I have fallen in love with Marshalls and TJ Maxx - you have to check them out because you can get some great stuff at good prices. The most I've paid for a nice pair of jeans there is $15! Have fun!!

I did 40 minutes of Wii Fit this morning, and I am going to take at least a one mile walk during my lunchtime.
