Good Morning Everyone,
I got up to go potty and check my e-mail. Gotta get back to bed in a second though.
Wednesday has me heading to work for a staff development day. Then, home to walk the pooch and then an evening with the Phillies on TV. Nothing earth shatteringly exciting.

Today is another day at the library. Kids summer reading program starts today. Anyway, this "assignment" is a test of my attitudes. I hope I pass. Having to keep a smile and enthusiasm when there is none is work lol. Oh, I like libraries and books. Finding some great future reading! Anyway, that is today.

Good morning!!!!
Today has me straightening up the kitchen after the delivery of the new fridge!! It is so cool--but hubby had to pull out oven go in behind the wall to find the clog in the ice maker/water hose attachment--so kitchen is a mess....oven in back in place but the general area needs to be swept and mopped--dishes done and just tidied up!!! But the fridge is so cool!! I now know I am officially an "old" married lady when I find myself excited over appliances! LOL
I am going to finish a load of laundry and then I need to call the borough to find out about removal of old fridge as we apparently are not allowed to just put it in the trash--then I am going to work on setting up my sewing machine and reading a good book!!!

I finally bought food yesterday so today I will prep my yogurts and stuff for the rest of the week. I also thawed some chicken breasts need to figure out something to do with them.
I'll probably take my rollerblades out again as it looks like a great day!
Back to work tonight, last two before my 3 day weekend (and, more importantly, WEDDING weekend!! Whoo hoo!!!)

Laura.....it's sad sometimes when we realize the things that make us happy or things we do. You step back and think...when did I turn so old? LOL. But I understand!
Pam....sometimes when I don't know what to make with chicken, I marinate in Greek salad dressing and grill, or "fry" in pan. It's yummy plain but also tasty to add to salads or other dishes, so I make a big batch.
Today I am at work as usual. Then home for a few chores and dinner. It's wednesday so it means bowling night in my league with my sister. That's pretty much it.

Good Morning all - just another day of fighting the good fight. I am hoping that today is better then yesterday - it was a rough day. Today is going a bit better although physically I don't feel too well. Guess it is showing too - my boss picked it up.
After work I need to grocery shop then home to prep dinner and lunch for tomorrow.

Hi everybody - back at work today after spending the day at home with a sick mom yesterday. She really didn't need much care - just someone there when she did need something because every time she tried to get up she got nauseaus and dizzy. I did get some house things done - scrubbed the front porch siding and handrails, chairs, etc. Looks nice so now that's done for the summer.
Today I'm leaving work 1/2 day to take mom in for her first chemo treatment - I called them yesterday and explained how sick she was but they want her in to evaluate her - said she either comes in to see them or I have to take her into the ER because they're afraid she'll be dehydrated, making things worse. So she's going into the cancer center.
I did make it to Curves last night after hubby got home - not sure what I'll do tonight - maybe ride my recumbant bike.
And that's my exciting day.

Not too much planned for me today. Taking the kids to the free movies this morning. Then off to the gym. After that, I have no idea. My husband has a dinner meeting tonight so he won't be home. I don't know why, but when he is not home, I don't feel like cooking....and that means dangerous...so I will take some chicken out to defrost so I don't make a bad choice.
I am excited because yesterday I went to wal mart to get a pair of shorts....and i ventured out of the plus size department into the regulars and I bought a cute skort...in a 16!! A normal department 16 and it fit!! Yeah!!
This journey never ceases to amaze me!! Have a great day everyone!!
