Strain out the dumplings...noodles...rice...whatever it is.  You will fit more "protein" chicken pieces in there and really no sense in adding carbs quite yet...they just wake up demons later on
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

B: Ham and swiss on Arnolds sandwich Thin
S: Coffee w/ chocolate protein powder
L: Chicken breast
S: coffee w/ choc. protein
D: cheese omelette

B:  1% cottage cheese w/ fresh blueberries & sliced almonds

S:  Decaf w/ french vanilla creamer

L:  Salad w/ orange peppers, colby/jack cheese & grilled chicken breast

S:  Rice cake w/ tsp of peanut butter

D:  IDK - protein shake probably

 Im almost 10 months out. and having cravings

B: Chicken drowned in No Sugar added BBQ stuff. lol 30 grams
S: Nanner with PB and blueberries 8 grams
L: French toast with sf syrup. Lite bread for FT! 8 grams
S: Protein Shake 36 grams
D: Chicken again, green beans and maybe taters 30 grams
S: not sure


total protein is  112 ish..

LOL shouldn't your breakfast and lunch be switched?  I've done the same, though!

Well the day portion of my eating was decent, but not super rounded out...

2 string cheese
Pistachios
Tomato and Mozz Salad w/ balsalmic vinagrette
1 small (like the size of my finger) piece of chicken as I was cooking it up

Here's what I'm packing for work tonight.  Probably won't eat it all but that way I have options

Granny smith apple (will have with PB)
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
Greek yogurt w/ berries (I'm packing two of them)
String cheese

I MUST stay away from the saltines at work tonight.  Lately I've been munching on them for no apparant reason and have realized that....

I'm behind on fluids today...only about 36 ounces down so far....however at work I will have at LEAST:

20 ounce decaf tea
50.7 ounces water/crystal lite
And I'll probably treat myself to a large decaf coconut iced coffee on my way in
