sticking to the basics - wednesday
B: 1/2 serving Greek Yogurt with SF strawberry preserves...just trying it now..said i was not a fan of yogurt but its not bad.
S: 4 oz strained soup
L: whippin up a shake with water and some fruit not sure what kind

S: not sure yet..want to try a fudgsicle i bought yesterday.

Yes I bought the no sugar added fudge pops. The soup is campbells soups. I got a varitey yesterday of chicken and rice, chicken and dumplings, and I did get a cream of chicken too. I have tired the chick and dumplings and it was good. It has a few grams of protein there but not much. I am trying the chicken and rice now. I have not figured out what kind of shake I am going to make yet..with the water and fruit. I either going to try the orange creme with half banna with water or mixed berries with water and my strawberry mousse nectar powder.
