Finally, It Moved!!!!!
After being STUCK at 230 forever, due to bad habits and lack of exercise, the scale moved today to 227. I lost 3 whole pounds since I last weighed myself two weeks ago. I attribute it to Utley's need for a lot of walking, at least four times a day. If the weather were not so sucky, it would be more. Little piddles out front do not count. Yesteday, I took him for a great walk, and it was cruising for the most part, till about halfway through. That was when he decided he wanted to play tug-of-war with the leash and spin around and bite the leash and jerk it back and forth. So, I am just bragging about how I finally saw the scale move. Thanks Utley!

Yea!
I feel you're elation! I've also been "stuck" at 230 and my scale just moved down too. Funny, I didn't look at the exact number...just pleased that it moved.
I figured it would, though, as I had another "episode" with my gallbladder. Can't wait to get that d#%$ thing out when I have my WLS! I basically had nothing to eat from Saturday afternoon through Sunday when I drank clear liquids all day. Now today, I'm going for my PAT (again!) and can't eat or drin****il the test at 2:00 p.m. (I'm packing yogurt and crackers for in the car after testing!)
Congratulations! I have to laugh at your Utley story! Our dog acts very similiar! She's all for a wal****il she decides she's done. She's already sat right down and refused to move! Problem is...she's a 70 lb. Basset hound! UF!
