stickin to the basics - tuesday
Here's what I ended up having today...
Home from work: Left over chicken and broccoli from chinese place
Nap time!
Woke up (noonish) chobani and berries and one string cheese
Medium iced decaf coconut coffee w/ splenda and non fat half and half (I bought it w/ just the coconut and brought it home and added the half and half myself)
Dinner: Cheddar Cheese fondue w/ apples, carrots, grapes, broccoli
Snack: We're walking over to Rita's
Exercise: Walking to and from Ritas and will probably also go out on the blades in a little bit
