stickin to the basics - tuesday
Good morning! I decided I should start posting to this thread -- I look to it for meal ideas, so I may as well contribute! :)
Here's today's plan:
B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: cheese stick
L: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
S: Fage yogurt with berries
D: scallops provencale (tomatoes, basil, feta, capers)
S: SF pudding
I need to add a protein shake in there somewhere too. I'm also bringing a few SF jellos to work to help resist the temptation of the pretzel jar. Pretzels give me terrible foamies, I don't know why I even look at them! Ugh.
