So glad to see your in good spirits. Hope to see you. I bought another cookbook called Hungry Girl 200 under 200 calorie recipes. However, when I put the ingredients into FITDAY they were kind of off. I think they fudged the numbers somewhat.

We have a Co picnic for my dads work that day. If it would be rainy and yucky hubby took off so we could come. LOL. Id rather come to your place that go to a water park that i cant go on anything!! We will see what happens.

Our church is having a fund raising food fair,but I will donate the food the day before....and yes I can't wait to come down. I missed last month. there are few girls from my post of group here that are on OH and mentioned they'd like to come, some from bloomsburg, and I think even one from Muncy area....told them they can drive to my place it is an hour for them , and then they can come with me ..........? they have been watching your posts and recipes for a while, but live allot further than me.......................but they have the spirit.....................Lois
