JULY COOKING CLASS / SUPPORT GROUP!!

Yes - I'm crazy but I need something to focus on.

Come join us saturday 7/11 noon - ??? for an afternoon of good food and GREAT support! All are welcome regardless of surgery type / hospital or stage in the journey. Support people are also welcome!

We will focus on summer foods - if anyone has a recipe they'd like to see made more WLS friendly let me know ASAP.

We do ask for a small donation to help offset costs (this is totally anonymous)

Hmph.  My weekend to work (do you call LVH ahead of time?  LOL JUST KIDDING)  And because I just got switched for Mary and Norm's wedding and I am in the process of trying to get switched for the zip line outing in August....PLUS I have the fourth of july weekend off (which ****** people off cause I'm "new"...but whatever...I didn't request it...I just got it) trying to switch that weekend would be probably impossible.

I may just say "frig it" and stop by for the second half and not worry about sleep that day.  But of course...I won't know until day of.
