Plastic surgeon recommendations?

Yay! I'm almost at my goal weight! I've gone from 320 to about 147 in just over 18 months! I'd like to lose about 10 more pounds and then maintain between 135 to 140 (I'm 5'4"). I'm so happy with my weight loss that I never thought I would consider PS. But now ... I'm not so sure ... A tummy tuck would be nice and the girls need some help. My skin is not as bad as I thought it would be considering the amount of weight that I lost and I am 50 years old. But you know, it would be nice to have a flat stomach once in my life. There have been some very brief moments when I have been thin before (and they were just fleeting moments!) but I have never had a flat stomach. And I think that I want one. And maybe a little lift for the girls.

So does anyone have any PS recommendations? I'd like to stay relatively local. I had my WLS at Barix in Langhorne and I live in Audubon, PA.  I wouldn't be able to have the surgery until after the new year because I can't miss any more time from work this year. I already had a non-WLS related surgery earlier this year. So no more time off for me. Also I can't afford to pay for the whole thing. I'm hoping that my insurance would pick up the tummy tuck portion and I would just have to pay for the girls.

I would appreciate any recommendations!

Thanks!

Hi
I had PS with DR. Lam Of Bucks County Plastics his office is in Newtown and he does surgery @ Barix.  he is double board certified in plastics & reconstructive surgery.
I had a tummy tuck in Dec with him and then he did an inner thigh lift on March 30th  @ Barix, and I am having a brachioplasty in Dec. @ Barix with Dr. Lam
check out my pix on my profile he did an awesome job I am also over 50. I didn't get the girls done because with excercise I was able to build up the muscles and I bought the miracle bra from Victoria Secrets and it does miracles.
Insurance will only pay for the panni removal if it is medically necessary, depends on how much weight you have lost the amount of time post WLS and do you get any rashes and are they documented by your PCP most ins. require 6 months of pix & documentation. they very rarely pay for the muscle tightening,so you would have to pay for that they will pay for a breast reduction in some cases. to just have the panni removal w/o the muscle tightening is like only getting half done it is like painting your living room and not the woodwork.
go to forums and check out the plastic surgery forum here on OH
good luck

I used Dr. Eric Marchant in Doylestown to have my breast lift and reduction. I'm a little over 2 weeks out and THRILLED with my results, not to mention he's got awesome bedside manner and a to die for office staff.

His cosults are free and his insurance folks are miracle workers. I didn't pay 1 dime out of pocket (helps that I have good insurance) but they did a ton of work with my insurnace to make sure it was covered as medically nessecary.
