Give or take a few items

B- WC Oatmeal
Coffee

S- Greek Yogurt

L- Frozen WW meal

S- Trail mix

D- Pork with salad

S- Chai latte

added 2 protein shakes

B:  greek yogurt, Kashi high fiber cereal, blueberries, Chike!, walnuts
S:  1/2 banana
L:  Meatloaf and spinach salad
S:  pudding and kashi cereal
D:  shrimp and salad
S:  fudgesicles

Hello Pennsylvania!

Breakfast - 1% cottage cheese with fresh blueberries & sliced almonds

Snack - Decaf coffee with French Vanilla creamer

Lunch - Romaine Lettuce with orange peppers, shredded colby & Albacore Tuna (2 oz)

Snack - Light n fit yogurt

Dinner - Who knows, Might just have a shake for dinner

Hitting the gym after work:

15 minutes @ 3.7
15 minutes @ 3.0 with a 8.0 incline
Working the arms, legs & Abs on the machines.
