S: pudding and kashi cereal
D: shrimp and salad

Breakfast - 1% cottage cheese with fresh blueberries & sliced almonds
Snack - Decaf coffee with French Vanilla creamer
Lunch - Romaine Lettuce with orange peppers, shredded colby & Albacore Tuna (2 oz)
Snack - Light n fit yogurt
Dinner - Who knows, Might just have a shake for dinner
Hitting the gym after work:
15 minutes @ 3.7
15 minutes @ 3.0 with a 8.0 incline
Working the arms, legs & Abs on the machines.
