Happy Father's day to all our dad's out there today!!  Thanks for all you do!!!

Good Morning! 6am is waaaay to early to be up for me, especially on a SUNDAY....so I'll probably be headed back to bed in a bit!

Today's plans are pretty much a lazy type of day thanks to everything we got done yesterday.  I have one more load of laundry to do but that's just sheets and towels so it's no big deal.

I need to pack food/yogurts etc for the week to have to grab and go.

And then there is work tonight.  Either now or later I will be sleeping so I'm not a zombie tonight!

Nothing to exciting going on in general though!

Good morning Pam and PA!  I'm up early today too.  One of my cats (the one in my avvie) woke me up---I guess he decided it was time for breakfast.  It felt sooo good to sleep in my own bed last night!!!   Without someone waking me up to walk--breathe--sip!  lol

Today's plans are to walk--breathe--sip.  And nap!  lol  I've read through my Barix Bible, but I want to go through it again today, maybe make a shopping list of things I can add to my full liquids.  Not an exciting day, but I think it's just the kind of day I need right now.

Have a great day everyone!!!

I had planned a Sunday brunch at a local restaurant but I think the family may have to go without me.  I had my tonsils out on Friday and Im not feeling up to going.  *sigh*  This too shall pass.

So my day will probably look like bed rest and lots of medication at intervals.  Father's day will have to be celebrated another day.  (by me at any rate)

Hi Pam. I am just hoping that the rain stops - Great Day for a pool party for teh first day of summer isn't it?!

Chris is out to breakfast with his uncle, when he gets home he'll help me get the last of the stuff ready to go to my Grandmother's later. We're all going for Father's Day. We were planning on hanging out by the pool and swimming but well it is chilly and rainy at the moment, and I can't swim anyway. Maybe the kids still will.

Anyway we have a few stops on the way, Chris needs a bulb for a new fish tank we got and some rocks, we need to stop at the beer store (he can't go to a party empty handed now can he!?) and I need a few things from the store. I am hoping that it feels good to get out even throuh I am not feeling too great. I have a really sore throat and a sore neck (feel like a pulled muscle although I have NO idea how I could have done that)

Tonight I guess I'll make the decision if I'll go back to work tomorrow or not. I am leaning towards no.

SOrry to ramble.

Happy Father's Day all

I woke up at three and couldn't get to sleep so normally all I have to do is change beds or go to the couch.  So I went to the couch and fell asleep.

Today we are getting a surprise visit from my stepson and his wife.  So it is washing sheets and cleaning the bathroom today.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Good morning PA and Happy Father's Day to the Dad's -

I'm two days away from surgery, so today I'm home cleaning.  I may run out for a few last minute items that I want to have on hand for when I come home.

Yesterday afternoon, I spent time with my parents, sister and her kids.  We did a combo Mom's Birthday - Father's day party.  It was really nice hang out and visit.

Have a fun day all.

Lisa---I thought of this when I saw that you may run out for supplies for when you come home.  Dr. P told me yesterday that Jr. Tylenol Meltaways are good to use when you need something for pain.  She said to use 2 of them.  I had my beau pick some up yesterday---I heard that liquid Tylenol is nasty and that some people have dumped on it.

Happy Father's Day!!!

Today has us heading out to church in a little bit and then we are coming home and making breakfast--giving hubby his presents and then pretty much relaxing here at home for the day. Make calls to the Dad in FLA and the brother to wish them a Happy Day too!!

I have laundry to do and that is about it....I'll probably curl up on the couch again and read.  I read two books yesterday afternoon...(I am a fast reader!!) hopefully I can dig into my stack that is on my shelf right now and just read away the afternoon...maybe watch a dvd later.  Other than that it is just a relaxing sort of day!!!

Maybe just maybe it won't rain today??? Maybe!!!! LOL

Hope everyone enjoys the day!!!

Much luv!!
Laura
