Protein Bars and Shakes

I tried the premade protein powder/drink things and hated them.  I fell in love with AnyWhey, with which I make my own protein drinks.  I mix a scoop of that into a cup of skim milk and a sugar free instant breakfast and I have a protein drink with about 30 grams of protein.

I also use the AnyWhey for shakes with Dannon Lite and Fit yogurt and fresh fruit, mix in some skim milk.  Experiment.

I also use Isopure's Grape Frost, which comes in a bottle, and I believe it has 40 grams per bottle.

I forget the name of the protein bar I like right now.  Brain dead this evening.

Hugs,
Trish

I use the EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control shakes and protein bars.  Chike shakes aren't too bad, but I prefer the taste and convenience of the EAS.

I keep Atkins protein bars on hand - they're low in sugar, low in carbs and aren't huge - most have 10 grams of protein or more. They're not a meal supplement but if I'm going out I make sure I have one in my bag or pocket just in case. Walmart sells them cheapest, I think.
