I love PB2. I did look on their website for recipes but not all of them are gastric bypass friendly. I put it in choc pudding and it is sooo good. Does anyone have any other ideas besides pudding and shakes?

Thanks,

I dunk bananas or apples in it just as a powder. Really anywhere you use PB you can use it. Satee sauce for chicken or shrimp (thai food),  Use your imagination!

Liz,

I tried the PB2 in my shake this morning for the first time... LOVED it!  I was afraid it woudl change the consistency or make it not as thick as usual, but it was great.  Definitely a keeper!

Thanks so much for the sample!  I'm going to buy a jar or two to have on hand.  Does it keep well in the pantry?

I have mixed it up per the instructions and then dropped it onto a paper plate in mini spoonfuls.  Then, I melt SF choc chips and pour that over the pb drops.... put it in the fridge or freezer and you have peanut butter eggs!! YUMMY!!!

I've also put in shakes or sprinkled on top of NSA ice cream.

Karen, it seems to keep well in the pantry.  I have some in there and don't use it all the time and it seems fine.

I know Susan mixes it directly with sf jelly/jam and it's an "all in one" type spread  I haven't experimented to much with it as of yet

I second Liz's suggestion -- it is fabulous as a satee sauce for chicken or shrimp!  I also love it as an apple dip, and I've even mixed it with SF chocolate when I need to satisfy a craving for Reese's.  I love the PB2!
