Friday Excercise

Okay I did my hour on the Elliptical again and am walking on my lunch. What is everyone else doing to move today??

I bow down to the Queen of the Eliptical, Shilpa!! You are my hero!!

I have a busy evening again - last night did not have time to get on the bike but I did take a nice brisk, long walk with the dog - hopefully tonight I'll get that in plus some time on my bicycle outside as long as the rains hold off. Taking mom for a pedicure for her birthday tonight at 7:00. Getting my nails done but somehow I don't think that qualifies as exercise!!

Thanks Kathy. I am addicted to my Elliptical! I disagee Mani & Pedi qualifies as exercise as I would be watching other people do the work. LOL. I am also jealous that you are getting a manicure and pedicure with your mom enjoy this time with her.

was hoping to go for a walk at lunch time, but that is going to depend on the weather.  One of Siehara's friends is coming home with her today so I can't bring her over to the gym with me because she is not my child I can't sign her into the kid care.  If the weather holds out, I'll bring the girls and we'll walk in the neighborhood for 30 mins. Otherwise, I probably won't get any exercise in today.

Morning! 

Extended my routine this morning as I am home and actually had TIME to do it!  I did my EA Active 30-day challenge, then did about 20 hard minutes of "Grand Slam Tennis" (also on the Wii).  Now I'm hanging drapes (that's a lot of lifting, stretching, getting up and down off of the ladder, yelling at the hubby who, for the 4th time, put his coffee cup down directly on the instructions I was trying to read.  sigh...)

Then, I'm on the last leg of pantry reorganization and cleaning!  We got the new pantry closet together last night and moved some more stuff out there, but have a LOT more to do today, including re-covering the closet shelves with new paper, installing organization drawers, etc.

I'm exhausted just thinking about it!

Haha.  It will all be worth it though when it's done!

nothing today - was in corporate training and could not escape - however did take stairs @ work today everywhere I had to go.

*might* be able to squeeze in a quick weight lifting routine later tonight @ home....we'll see.  Does doing and taking the laundry up stairs and folding it all count as weight lifting ;)??
