unofficial, 194 lbs

Hey everyone,

It's unofficial (since the scale was @ my work gym and not Barix) but before lunch yesterday I did my monthly weigh in and the scale came to balance at ~194.

I'm pleased with this considering after the whole food poisioning episode I was concerned I might put on some weight now that I was:
1) eating more (compared to nothing during the 'experience')
2) slowing getting back into my exercise routine (read: exercising less)

I am back on the routine and have built up my treadmill time to 35min @ 6MPH.  I was at 6MPH for 40 minutes a week before I got ill.  Goal is to build it up to 60 minutes @ 6 MPH.

Sorry I missed everyone on Wednesday however I had my father down from Canada and Wednesday night was our last time together.  See you all next month!  My 1 year come around 7/28 :)

Good Lord, we won't even recognize you.  Greg, that is fantastic.  You've worked hard and it's paid off.  Can't wait to see you.

Greg,
WTG I agree with Eileen we won't even recognize you at the next meeting. Please post on my daily excercise thread to keep yourself accountable on what you did to lose your weight. Take Care:)

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Take the unofficial result and celebrate AWAY!!! WHOOO HOOOOO!!!

I will look at my schedule and see if I can come to the Barix meeting in July to celebrate your one year with you....but you might have to flag me down cause I won't be able to recognize you or possibly even SEE you at this point!!!

Way to go, way to go!!!  Oh, and welcome to ONEderland!

Thanks Pam. Will do. I do like the length and its so funny that we started our journey at the same weight and have come to the same sizes although you lost all your weight WAY before I did but thank you so much for your continued support and giving me the pants. Just not ready to part with my size 4's:(
