Good Morning Ladies! Plan is rough today - not sure where the day is going to lead me - but if it heads in 1 direction here is the plan
B: pork roll sandwich
S: fage and peaches
L: roast beef and cheese roll-ups on way to appt.
S: not sure - I have some cheese and an apple in my bag - I'll probably be on the road
D: steak and spaghetti squash
S: not really sure... banana and PB2 maybe??

Morning Liz - Can't believe you're eating pork roll - that was the ONE food that made me so nauseaus and sick when I was pregnant and to this day I cannot stand the smell of it, much less try to eat it!
Here's my plan...

S: Lo-fat cottage cheese
L: Turkey & cheese on bakery round; sf pudding
S: Stringcheese
D: Spaghetti w/meatballs; salad
S: Nuts
E: Recumbant bike (hopefully)
