Back to Basics Friday Version

Hi everyone!

My day isn't as "set" so a bit hard to plan... but here's teh rough view:

B:  Choc Matrix shake with PB2 (cool stuff!)
S:  Cauliflower Souffle (really yum - first time i've tried it!)
L:  Turkey soup
S:  Edamame Hummus with 1/2 wheat sandwich round
D:  (no clue - taking Eddie out for early father's day, but he hasn't decided where - i'll probably get some type of broiled fish or lean meat)

E:  Did an extended workout this morning... My usual EA Active 30-day challenge (1 day to go!) PLUS 20 intense minutes with Grand Slam Tennis on the Wii.  Plus LOTS of intense work arond the house today.
