I'll begin the post today - I'm 16 months and 1 day out from surgery - down almost 170 lbs - YEAH! Here's my plan for the day (and not the best of plans or my norm so don't beat me up too much about it)

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Lo-fat cottage cheese
L: Pizza
S: SF Ice cream w/my banana (maybe I can make a little sundae)
D: Not sure yet - ordering out for mom's birthday - some sort of salad, tho!
S: Nothing
E: Walk the dog - maybe get a ride in on my bike if its nice enough out.

What's on your plate today??

Did I ever tell you that in addition to posting all of those wonderful recipes, you have really helped me by introducing me to fitday through this post?  I use it every day and it really helps me stay on track - I tell everyone about it.
thanks!

really back to basics...
started adding food and guess it was to fast...experienced "dumping"
syndrome.
nausea, clammy, vomit, heart racing.

back to basics:

strawberry banana protein shake for now
applesauce and some soothing foods
later to calm my new pouch.

Looks like you're only 2 weeks out so real food may be too soon for you. Stick to the soft stuff for now - as  you found out dumping is not fun but we've all been through it, and hey, still go thru it at times! Take it easy on your pouch - its new and still getting used to things. Glad you're feeling better.
