did ok yesterday for working a double ate on my list except when i came home last night at 1am I was starving and ate crackers with goat cheese probably not too bad but could have done better.
B- cheese, egg, english muffin
coffee

S- greek yogurt

L- Deli chicken and american cheese wraps

S- chai latte

D- not sure yet

yesterday, my menu changed a bit.. I started to feel a bit weird/sick in the afternoon so I switched it up.  I think my sinuses are starting to act up.. at least that's how I feel today.  Yesterday's menu changed to this:

So far, I have had a 16 oz cup of half-caf coffee w/ sugar free vanilla caramel creamer

B: I plan to have 3 buffalo chicken meatballs minus the buffalo sauce because it is too early in the morning for hot sauce regardless of what Dennis might say.. LOL!
S: probably nothing
L: will be something at Wegmans
D: probably chili
S: Protein shake tonight when I get back from the gym

So today looks like:

B:  Choc PB Matrix shake
S:  Cheese stick and a nectarine
L:  Turkey soup
S:  Edamame hummus and half a wheat sandwich round
D:  Turkey cutlet with ginger/pineapple BBQ sauce (from Saturday - yummy!)
S:  SF pudding?

E:  Walking and some weights later.  Couldn't do it this morning.

I haven't tried it yet - plan to later this week.  It's been a nutty and disorganized week so far... still trying to get the refrigerator/freezer situation settled (I still have food at my neighbors while we're trying to cook stuff from the freezer to make room for it - yikes!) and the pantry moved out to the new garage shelves.  I have stuff ALL OVER THE HOUSE at this point.  It's driving me nuts.  AND i leave sunday morning for Boston for 4 days, which doesn't help.  Sigh.

Thanks!  I'll let you know as soon as I try it!
