Question about Barix surgery times

I got the call today from Barix that my arrival time for surgery is 7:30am on Thursday.  Can anyone give me an idea of what time surgery should start?  I heard that we're asked to arrive about an hour and a half before surgery and was wondering if that's accurate.  I just want to have an idea of time for my family and friends.

Thanks!

Julia

If you are the first surgery of the day you will probably be doped up by 7:30 or 8:00 at the latest.  Once you are doped up, surgery will begin almost immediately.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

I'm actually the second surgery that day, so I'm guessing the procedure will start around 9:00.

If there are no complications or delays in the first surgery, you will probably be under by 8

I was the 2nd surgery of the day for Dr. Marymor - I think I had to be there around 9:30am. There was a delay with the lady before me and I didn't get bac****il about noon. Once I was back there I'd say it was 30-45 minutes until I was all prepped and ready to go. I remember being STARVING since I hadn't eaten anything since the night before and thinking to myself "wow, I won't feel this sensation again hopefully"

best of luck.
