I've moaned about my struggles with Cap Blue Cross over the months - but....I AM APPROVED!

The verbal approval was actually May 22. However, nothing can move forward with out a written approval letter, which I had not received. CBC claimed to have sent one...then said they didn't send one for my type of insurance...but ultimately, with much help from our benefits administrator, THE LETTER WAS FAXED YESTERDAY!!!

Holding my breath for a date now....

From consult to approval = 18 months, 11 days.

Patience is a virtue, no?

LGH has a great Bariatric program but barix is good too

I am in Lititz.

When I began all of this, the LGH program was not yet up and running. I have a friend who had a great experience with Barix so I did my investigation there. In the long run, I will probably go to support groups in Lancaster though.
