How wonderful to hear from you. Your avitar is stunning. I'm so glad that you have done so well with your weight loss. Changing one's lifestyle is truly a journey with many ups and downs, with some quirky turns along the way. I hope that we can look forward to seeing at the phoenixville support meeting again soon. Okay let me grab my tissues blow my nose and say thank you for taking the time to post this. Thank you and I know that sometimes when I look in the mirror I say who is that girl? Physically I know I have lost but mentally it takes time to catch up but with all the support thats there for us I am so grateful. Keep up the awesome work. Life is good.

It is so good to hear from you.  You look fantastic in that avatar and no I would not have recognized you.  Your surgery was a month after mine and I am so proud of us!!!  Your post is a tear jerker, but I loved it and I love that each day brings us new discoveries.
