Dr. P is awesome and Barix staff are great, if not somewhat annoying (lol), they'll get you up and breathing and moving around, so sip, sip, breathe, rest when you can and do it all over again. Wishing you the best recovery and dream of those smaller sizes and all that healthier living you will be doing!

Yay Denise I have been following your baby steps and now your day is here. I wish you the best of luck. Dr P is awesome I loved her. She gives hugs and the staff there is wonderful! Everybody Denise is coming onto the losers bench move over.
