2009 PA Pilgrimage Information
There have been several inquires to the planning of the 2009 PA Pilgrimage so here is the news about it and I regretfully need to inform you and I am sure many will be sad to hear that there will NOT be a 2009 PA Pilgrimage this year.
Many factors lead to the decision to not have a full weekend 2009 PA Pilgrimage this year in the end after several discussions the decision to just postpone was the best option. Life has a way of getting very busy for everyone so rather then throw together an event that was not 100% this is the choice that we are going with. Many BIG things are in the works for a 2010 PA Pilgrimage.
What is in the works for an alternate plan for a gathering in 2009 is a one day long picnic so we are not left with nothing as a group. Details will be following in the next few weeks as to the Picnic details. As they are worked out among the volunteer's that work on the Pilgrimage team get details together.
The Board of Trustees that work on the Pilgrimage thank everyone for the support and watch for details of up coming events ....

Well this is both the post that I was waiting for with baited breath...and also the post I didn't want to see!
I totally agree with the decision to not have a pilgramage if it can't be "the best" and we all know how much work goes into one of those
Not to mention, the PICNIC sounds totally awesome and what a great way to celebrate with all sorts of friends!!!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
