****Sunday Roll Call****
Today is my Munchkin's official birthday, she is two today. Alas, she is home in Michigan, and I am here. It is also Flag Day, so I will try to find something Red, White and Blue to wear to church.
I had hoped to watch the Phillies game with my son today, but he is heading back to New York. He was in town for the Phillies game, which was rain delayed and they blew big time.
I have church and I am teaching a 4th and 5th grade Sunday School class as well. Then, I will be taking my son to the train station in Trenton, and then I might take a ride somewhere to clear my head. Not sure where, but I just have to get away for a little while.
Have a great day.
Hugs,

Today will be busy for me, as usual.
Spin class this morning followed by some type of strength training..probably chest and back so Rocco can do legs on Tuesday.
Then, I am going to Rite Aid because they have a few things on sale that I want to pick up..
Designer Whey 2 lb.
$24.99 on sale until
06/20/2009
That is the #1 item on my list from there.
Depending on what time I get home and how wiped I am from spin will depend on what order the next things occur.
Siehara has her dance recital at 2 and we are staying for the whole thing today so we can watch the 2nd half. Either before or after that, I HAVE to go to the grocery store. My fridge and cabinets are empty due to poor $$ planning on my part. I've been broke since Wednesday and have now just about eaten everything in my house. (It was all healthy and I didn't overdo it, I just had to go into the stash in the freezer.) Now, I need to start over. So, at some point I will be going to Giant to restock.
That's it for me.. busy busy busy. Now, I must go wash my face and get dressed for spin class.
Hope everyone has a great day!
Anyway...got home...took a nice long shower...packed up food for work...did some light housework. Now I'm trying to figure out what to have to eat as I am hungry...and then off to bed. Back for another 12 tonight!
Enjoy your day all!

What you wrote : Each day is a new opportunity to choose to be happy regardless of the cir****tance. Isnt it wonderful we have that choice and we are given it every morning when we open our eyes?
That is beautiful --I am going to print it out and put it on my inspiration board!!! What a great insight and thought to have each day!!

Good morning all. just finishing up the laundry, taking the kids swimming, and hitting the grocery store. I am going to try the new active game for wii. I tried it yesterday and my legs, thighs, and but are really feeling it today. so i guess i will try it again. Oh and finally my other half fixed my bike. So now Arika and me can go for bike rides. If I remember how to ride! LOL! Hopefully we will have a beautiful day.
I am LOVING EA Active! I'm almost at the end of a 30-day challenge - that was a great way to do it because it tailors your workouts each day within the 30 days so that you're getting a rounded circuit workout (one day lower body, next might be more cardio, next might be upper body) and it switches up the exercises so that no two days are exactly the same. I only have 3 days left (I think) and today there were some brand new things in it. I can also see a significant difference in my stamina and overall conditioning since I've been using it daily - i can run for a much longer time when I go out on my walk/run, for example. And my arms do feel stronger and tire less easily when I'm doing other work.
One thing I figured out is that in the running sections, they work better if you keep the nunchuk in your left hand instead of in the leg strap. I had trouble with that the first few days :-)
Enjoy!
