Friday Excercise

Okay so I had walked about 5 miles yesterday without breaking a sweat and today I am sore all over. How is that possible but I did 30 minutes on my Elliptical this morning and will be taking a nice an easy stroll outside (weather permitting) on my lunch. Okay so what is everybody else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Haha - amazing that there aren't 46 replies on this thread yet!  

My exercise this morning consisted of "speed dumping" the entire contents of both my garage freezer and my kitchen freezer and fridge, moving shelving, removing a cabinet, then repacking all the food into the new appliance / moved old appliance, all without stopping and in time that nothing would thaw.  All before 8:30 am.  Whew.

I said to Katie that I didn't really need another workout today after THAT exercise... 

But I'm walking later and doing a bunch of other non-formal exercise things anyway.

Sigh.
