Not much planned today but here is what I know...
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, decaf coffee with skim and splenda
S: fage and peaches
L: Ordering out thinking maybe a salad
S: pudding
D: pick sometihng up at wegmans - meat and veggie
S: not sure - maybe a protein shake or a banana and PB

S- Greek Yogurt
L- Curry shrimp/mushrooms, onions/brown rice
s- Chai latte
D- Some kind of meat and veggie. Gotta be careful wont be going out to eat until the jeans fit a little better.
