Laura - I didn't even bother with the hair today....it's a frizzy, curly mess !! And I don't care !!!!

Today is work and then home. I'm still not 100% better - still coughing some from post nasal drip....yuck ! So I will take it easy tonight. It's my Mom's birthday today, so I'll host her birthday party on Sunday. It will sort of be the last time I see my immediate family before surgery, so I'm going to make the most of their visit.

Work today, have a business meeting at 6pm. Should be interesting, will help me make some decisions once I get the information from the meeting. Then we are off to shop a little, gonna make my dessert for Liz's so it will be nice and cold tomorrow. I have a few other chores to do as well. Have a busy weekend on tap.
Hey, for a change of pace it's grey, drizzly, foggy, and rainy out! I'm not even gonna get started on the whole hair issue, Laura! I can soooo relate!
So yesterday was a total waste of a day. I couldn't sleep well when I got home so I basically walked around the house in zombie mode getting absolutely nothing except dinner accomplished.
I never made it back to giant earlier this week to see if they have the yogurts so I will do that today.
I also need to wash all my uniforms so that I have clothing to wear to work.
Back to work tonight. Due to covering a few shifts for friends and also needing to get in my perdiem time down in NJ, I am working at one of the jobs for the next 7. Buuutt...I almost like it better that way because then I can get into a schedule and keep myself there and not worry about "flipping" between days and nights. Only bad part about it is that I don't get to sleep with hubby. Oh wait...the whole bed to myself...maybe not so bad, LOL

Heading to work today at 10. I am still on the pursuit for a full time job and I have a phone interview this morning with.......Nutrisystem!! How funny is that??? I hope they don't make me eat the food! But I do feel like I can empathize with those folks that will be buying the food...struggling to loose and all that. So wish me luck.
We went to Six Flags on Tuesday and it was a great day!! I had no problem fitting into the roller coasters and that felt great!! Sadly, my husband did not fit on one and after trying to squeeze on, he had to get off in front of everyone and I think that really upset him....he has been thinking about the surgery for himself for a couple of weeks, and I think this incident may have helped with his decision. I want him to make the right decision for himself, this surgery is not for everyone and he needs to decide for himself....I support him either way.
Heading to the Phillies/Red Sox game tonight. Having a tough time deciding who to cheer for as I went to college in Boston and I went to hundreds of Red Sox games and love them....but the Phillies are my hometown team....maybe I will swap every inning.
Other than that, not too much planned for the weekend....I'll try to keep my hair from frizzing up...I hope you all have a good hair day today!!
I work for Nutrisystem since last December 2008. It really is a good company the only bad part is that they hire people and then lay them off before they are even here 6 months. But good luck to you and if you decide to accept the positions. PM me and I will help you as much as I can. It really is a good company to work for.
