Thursday Roll Call
Oh well I will do it, CAN YOU SAY WORK? yes work today but thank goodness I can come home afterwards tonight. Gonna try and get to the gym or out for a walk weather permitting.
Stil learning the new job, it is just EH, but I guess we dont have to be in love with our jobs.

I totally didn't want to get out of bed today, and I woke up to find Siehara in my bed. Not sure why she keeps ending up there. She says my bed is more comfortable. I actually think hers is. I'm sure it's just a need to be near mom and I'm trying hard not to kick her out. She didn't want to get up today either.
Today has me working 7-3:30. I'll have to try to get to the gym on lunch for some cardio since I will not have a chance to go tonight.
Then, I have to go pick Siehara up early from the last day of Girls on the Run where they will be finishing up their service project. I have to get her early because she has her dress rehearsal for her dance recital tonight. She has to wear her costume and makeup.
We have to be there around 5 or so and will not get home until at least 9. Fun Fun!! NOT. I am just SOOOO not into the whole dance mom thing this year for some reason. I'm sure it has something to do with all the family stuff going on. It will be kinda nice to see the other kids dance, but I'll also see them Saturday night and Sunday at the actual performances so it gets old after awhile.
That's it for me. I'll have to be sure to pack something to eat during the rehearsal because I'm sure there won't be anything there that I can have.

Morning Liz and everyone - its this stinking weather - one good day, two lousy ones? What's up with that?! Yep, I'm with you guys, I could have stayed in bed too, especially since hubby didn't have to work today and he and the dog looked all warm and cozy in the covers. Oh well, somebody has to work! Hubby deserves his days off - the man is 70 and has been working forever.
I'm at work today - not much new there. Tonight we're going into South Philly to Chickies & Petes to meet some friends to celebrate my birthday - I LOVE that place and yes, I will fess up right now - I am going to have some crabby fries and beer. Their crabby fries are the ONLY fries I can eat post-op and I think its because they're so crunchy, so I will go and indulge a bit and enjoy.
Tomorrow I am taking a vacation day - my nephew is coming to stay with my mom and the dog this weekend while hubby and I get away to the beach with our friends to do more birthday celebrating! They've put in a pool and have a new boat so it really is like a mini-vacation and something we both need. And my friends have beach bikes so I'll get to ride while we're there as well as swim and walk and shop and have fun. And they're on the South Beach diet so there won't be a ton of junk around down there (well, okay - maybe some wine...he-he)

Good morning all - I was so excited, I went to PF Changs for dinner last night and had beef and broccoli and all sit well - I had the sauce on the side and I think if I had one teaspoon total, that was it. Does anyone know how sugary that sauce is? The guy there said they only add one teaspoon to the whole thing - but that of course means nothing as I have no idea to the amoung, "the whole thing" is.
Today, working until 3:15 - then heading home for the afternoon - no desire to swim today - three days in a row - I feel like I smell like chlorine no matter how many showers I take! Tonight is my middle daughter's "Court of Awards" for girl scouts, so I will be there snapping pictures and taking video. Two more weeks of school for me....can't wait to get ready for my trip to Israel in 3.5 weeks! It's getting close! Looking forward to being able to walk all over the country!!!!!!!!
