Why am I losing so little weight
The best way to continue the pace of losing without stalling out is to change your menus daily, eat a wide variety of Green Veggies, avoid processed and white carbs.
Back off on the banana, potato. Alternate brands of protein drink, try using 1% cottage cheese off and on. Try incorporating low fat cheese. A good one is frigo cheese heads light string cheese. Also egg beaters. Fat Free Ricotta.
Don't allow your menus to remain the same daily. Your body locks in on your menu and says, well I know what to do with this. Nothing. When you alter the menu, your body is tricked into thinking something additional is coming so it burns what you've eaten in hopes of getting something else new.
