barix bible???

can someone please tell me what this is.  i would like to have one even though i am not from the barix clinic

The Barix Bible is a book that has the eating plan for the weeks following surgery, along with protein recipes, activity plans, and other info. Sorry---I have no idea if/how you could get one.

the Barix bible is a book we get when we go for PAT"S, sorry but it is only available to Barix patients .
It is a book that explains all about what we have to do post-op and how we have to eat and what we need to eat according to the Barix Clinics and program. Every Dr. is different & every program is different.
It tell us when we have to  go on to the different stages of our post-op diet..also how much fat and protein we need to have each day which is calculated by the nutritionist @ Barix on an individual basis.

And just to clarify one more thing on the 'Barix Bible' - its been named that by the patients, not the doctors at Barix - I know Dr Boe was very uncomfortable with it being called the 'barix bible'! LOL! But your presonal surgeon and his team should have something similar to give you following your surgery - what to expect - what to do - etc.
