Sticking to the basics - monday

Good Morning All!!

Here's my disclaimer for the week - I am 9 1/2 weeks pregnant so my nutritional values are significantly different - I need 2000 calories (eventually this might happen!) 90 g protein and 100 g carbs.

That being said here's the plan

B: egg and cheese on an english muffin
S: fage and peaches
L: plain cheese calzone
S: tapioca pudding and watermelon
D: steak and zucchini
S: chocolate chip cookies

What's on your plate today?

10 mos out:

B:  Ricotta, nuts, Chike!
S:  S/F, F/F, pistachio/white chocolate pudding
L:  1 Sandwich Thin, gourmet chicken burger, salsa, Lite Cow Cheese spread
S:  pudding again
D:  Salad and grilled shrimp
S:  Fudgesicles

Hi everybody - I'm almost 16 months out and here is my plan...

B: Matrix protein shake (yes folks, weaning myself off the sausage & egg burrito)
S: Banana
L: Tuna salad; ww crackers; sf pudding
S: Lo-fat cottage cheese or stringcheese
D: Roasted chicken; salad

E: Curves or bike - not sure which yet.

Morning, everyone!

6 weeks out and time has FLOWN!

My plan for today:

B:  Choc PB Matrix protein shake
S:  Cheese stick and and orange
L:  Smart Chili w/ greek yogurt
S:  SF pudding
D:  Pan-seared tilapia with squash
S: ?

E:  24 mins EA Active, 30-day challenge (AM),  walk/run (PM - if weather cooperates)

Trying desperately to follow the rules

B- Scrambled eggs with onion and cheese.
coffee  medium trying to cut back

S- Greek Yogurt/ bannana

L- leftover steak and mushrooms

S- Chai latte

D- Chicken with onions and peppers

S- Not sure something with protein

B:  protein shake made with fresh strawberries, yogurt, skim milk and protein powder
S:  two cheese sticks
L:  soup
S:  granola bar...too much sugar, but I like them on occasion
D:  chicken and grilled eggplant
S:  sf fudge bar

OK    I would like to crawl back and beg to have forgiveness (from myself, mostly)  I really fell off the wagon and gained back nearly everything I had lost since starting the Back To Basics!!!    BUT!!!!!   I'm back and ready to try again!!!

So far today:
Breakfast:  Venti Latte (SF/FF), Protein shake...

Lunch:  Spinach, crab meat, some tomato and lite ranch dressing... yummy!!

Planned for dinner..  Pork chop, green beans, ?

Snack:  SB choc covered soy nuts... yum..  maybe another protein shake.

Went back to Curves today after nearly 2 weeks of missing it... also went to my chiropractor... feeling good, but man, does my back hurt!  LOL
