SF hot choc mix recommendation
I've had this in my cupboard for a while and was looking for something to satisfy a sweet tooth the other night... a recipe in my barix bible called for SF hot choc mix and I remembered this. It's VERY good (I love DARK chocolate) and is sweetened with Splenda (sucralose).

I've also used this in a cold drink and it works well (as long as it's a blended drink - it doesn't dissolve quite as well in cold as it does in hot).
The "King's Cupboard" brand is really very tasty. They also have a SF dark chocolate sauce, which woudl be incredibly decadent on SF ice cream. The fat content is a little high (10g in 2 Tbsp), but if you plan for it and it's for a special treat, it's manageable.
Enjoy!

Karen,
I mix 1/3 skim powdered milk, a packet or scoop of sf or no added sugar hot cocoa mix and 1 scoop of choc protein powder to make my hot choc. Sometimes I also mix 1/2 raspberry 1/2 choc portein powder, or 1 scoop of mint choc chip protein powder. This give a real calcium and protein boost to the hot choc drink.
