Thanks so much for all of your well wishes and prayers.  I believe they worked!! The surgery went well and I am home feeling pretty good. Still tired from those Barix nurses, they are unrelenting! But they are only doing their job. I cannot express how much all of your kind words and support have meant to me. Many of you know that I have had a long, hard road to get here. But my persistence paid off! Now I will be on the losers bench very soon...

YAY Beth!!!!!!  I am so glad it seems to be going so well for you!!!!  We will DEFINITELY get together when school is over!  I will want to walk with you and talk with you and sip with you and ....well.....you get the idea!!!!  I can't wait to see you and I am sooo excited to be going through this with you!

Congratulations!! Sounds like all went well with your surgery and now to begin your new life. There will be bumps along the way but we're all here to help smooth the ride out for you. Take care - do as the doctors say - and keep us posted on your progress and recovery.

News flash:  You ARE on the losers bench!  I can see you from where I am sitting!

Congrats!!  Yep - the nurses ARE unrelentless - but damn it they get you feeling better and healing quickly.

Remember just because the nurses aren't there, you still must continue breathing sipping and walking!
