B: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese
S: fage and peaches
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich
S: chocolate pudding
D: steak and zucchini
S: chocolate cup cake

Hi Liz - here's the plan for today...

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Turkey salad; sf pudding
S: Small protein bar
D: Have no clue
S: Nuts?

E: Not sure yet - probably Curves if the rain doesn't stop

The plan, subject to adjustment - haha

B: Egg beaters omelet with onions and portabello mushrooms
S: Applesauce
L:  Grilled chicken cubes with guacamole
S: SF pudding
D: Sashimi  with miso soup (I hope!)  or pan-seared tilapia (if i stay home)

E:  A LOT of upper body work today on my 30-day challenge.  I can really feel and see the muscles changing!  Woo Hoo!
