B: Egg beaters omelet with onions and portabello mushrooms
S: Applesauce
L: Grilled chicken cubes with guacamole
S: SF pudding
D: Sashimi with miso soup (I hope!) or pan-seared tilapia (if i stay home)
E: A LOT of upper body work today on my 30-day challenge. I can really feel and see the muscles changing! Woo Hoo!
