Thursday Exercise
Good Morning. Even though it is raining it stopped enough for me to get my mile on the outside track this morning. And tonight I am going to try and do my DVD. I really need to get new sneakers this weekend because the old ones are giving me blisters. Because of the blisters I am trying to avoid them on the my toes so not my upper leg hurts. So we shall see what I can get done tonight.
Did my workout again this morning (after yesterday's rest day) and it was very lower-body focused, with lots of lunges, jump lunges (which I really stink at!) and squat HOLDS (hold for 40 seconds in the squat - OUCH!), as well as some basketball and boxing. My legs are gonna thank me eventually!
I think that will be it for me today... too much other running around after work.
