Wednesday Excercise

Okay so this morning I did an hour on my Elliptical at a high intensity again and burned off almost 1300 calories. Holy Cow I though I was going to pass out but it felt so good afterwards. I know I am NUTS. I will be walking on lunch and lately have been trying to vary up my workout routine by doing my Nutrisystem Leslie Samson walking DVD at nighttime for those times when I cannot seem to get out during the evening hours. So what are you doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Today I'm taking a rest day from exercise.  My body was telling me "no" this morning... too tired and sore.  I'm trying to learn to listen to it and respect it!

Maybe a little light walking at lunch, but that's it.

Shilpa you are the bomb!! I will be going to Curves after work, then walking the dog (and hopefully NOT in the rain!).

spin class tonight and maybe some strength training--if I do, it'll be leg work

Walked a mile before work at the local outside track.  Going to try and do another mile at lunch and then tonight I will be either doing my biggest loser DVD or a On Demand Abs workout.  I think I need to start working my abs a little bit.  I am getting a lot of leg and stretching work in but not to much abs and arms.

Thanks and loving the results on the scale! I am so addicted to pushing myself even more to see what my limits are. Now I feel like quoting superman. LOL....

I did 45 on the treadmill this morning, which got me up to 950 calories burned.

I did my free weights over lunch, and I'm BEAT now. I downed a double protein shake, so that should hopefully help soon.

As always I'll be hitting LA Fitness for the 6:45pm Spin class and blasting away on that bike for an hour, then I like to sit in the sauna and sweat it out for another 20 mins or so.

Saturday is the trainer and we are working on legs... so chances are I'll be doing some back/chest and shoulder work tonight.

Back on track... and enjoying the ride
