B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to order out - I'm thinking a salad
S: fage and peaches
D: pork chops or steak, I have both out and a veggie
S: creamsicle pie (and yes Pam I had this for dinner last night! lol)

B:  Greek yogurt, berries and banana, walnuts, shaved coconut and Chike!
S:  Butterscotch/White Chocolate S/F F/F pudding
L:  Turkey meatballs with cheese, veggie soup
S:  Refried beans and salsa
D:  Salad, roast pork with sauerkraut
S:  Fudgesicles

OK - trying to get back into the swing of things after my 3 days off..

B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Greek yogurt w/sf jelly
L: Tuna salad; strawberries
S: Banana
D: Turkey orzo soup; salad

I was a good girl and waited for my snack to have it...I ate my burger...but ahhhh.  I contemplated having one when I got up this morning....but again....I decided on "real" breakfast food.

Here's the loose game plan...I need to organize my fridge and get stuff ready to work so some of this may change

B:  egg, turkey bacon, cheese
S:  2 string cheese
L:  Edamame (something light cause shortly after that I'll be going to lay down for my nap)

Bringing to work:

Hard boiled egg/advocado
Fresh Mozz
Greek Yogurt w/ pineapple
Ricotta?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

My plan is...

B:  Choc/PB Matrix shake
S:  fresh pineapple with fat free cream cheese
L:  Meatballs and ricotta
S:  string cheese
D:  ?? Gotta take something to share to a meeting - totally stumped at this point!

E:  30-day challenge - lots and lots of upper body today!

S - Coffee (decaf)
L - Vegetarian Chili and sm. salad (mostly just lettuce)
S - Yogurt w/ raw almonds
D - Who knows?
