Ever stop and wonder....
I have already started to feel like that. Like every time I go to the gym.. especially yesterday when I was doing upper body work on my own and actually struggled and kept going. I really pushed myself the way that Rocco, my trainer, would. And, it felt good!!! WHAT!!!??!?!?!
Also, buying the white capris last week. Who the hell wears white pants? I never did!
Congrats Pam! and I LOVE edamame!

Okay Pam give it up what is edamame and where do you get it? Was that you tha just zipped past me on rollerblades? Wow thats really awesome I wish I could rollerblade but my luck I would re-injure my left shoulder again. I would so love to learn how to rollerblade but for now I guess I'll stick with Cassidy (the horse).
Edamame are soy beans.
They are in the grocery store, normally frozen section.
You can get them in the shells or out of the shells. You can eat them like peas or whatever...or if you buy them in the pod you boil them in salted water for 5 minutes. The pods are inedible but once you boil them you can "squeeze" the beans out of the pod with your teeth or whatever...they are yummy.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Love it!!!! You are soooo right too...who among us thought we would be able to do the things we do or eat the things we eat now?????

Over 176+ lbs lost since surgery!! :-)
See my profile for my OH Blog!!
I have these moments every now and again.. less so now that I am nearly 4 years out but just on Monday I was at my spin class (which I am obsessed with btw) and the instructor does a song that's 5 minutes long and the whole song is jumps... meaning you're sitting on the seat for 4 counts then up and "running" out of the seat for 4 counts.. it's like this the whole 5 minutes... needless to say it's a killer! Well Monday I got through the entire thing without having to take a breather and thought to myself "I can do anything! I would have never thought I'd be doing what I'm doing 4 years ago" It was the proudest moment I've had in a long time and made me realize I really need to give myself more credit for doing what I've done.... and accomplishing all I've accomplished. None of it would be possible without this surgery and I'm so truly thankful I did it.
I'm looking into becoming a certified "Spin" instructor this time next year, what a trip that would be!
