TMI I can be so dumb sometimes

I posted the other day about feeling really icky again or still whichever way you want to look at it. Well I figured out at least part of my problem. When I thought about it I couldn't remember the last time I pooed. I think it had been at least a week. DUH so I took some mild laxatives two nights in a row and am finally "cleaned out" so to speak. Now my stomach doesn't feel great, but it feels better than it has in the last three days. So I am thinking that was a big part of my problem. Sometimes I get so wrapped up in trying to make sure that there isn't a "problem" that I overlook the obvious. Oh well I am just happy to be moving in the right direction again. Belinda

That was good!! Yes, constipation will do that to you every time.  You might want to keep track.  I had some problems with that in the beginning.  Seems to be okay now, but there are days when I feel so much better after I've gone and then realize that it had been a few days.

NOT TMI.. that's what we are here for.

when I haven't pooped in a while I know that I feel like crap... right now the only way I poop (because I'm pregnant) is to eat a hot dog a day... it works lol... no idea why but it does... but when I was early out drinking some Apple juice helped too...

but look for chewable fiber tablets (fiber choice)... I think they are 4 or 5g of fiber... and the south beach living drink mixes for water bottles... they are 5g of fiber and 3g of protein...

When things are stuck for me....I can only eat about 2 bites at a time and feel INCREDIBLY nauscious within minutes.

You might want to start taking colace on a daily basis.  It's not a laxative, it is just a softener to help you go.

If that doesn't work you can try peri colace which is the stool softener AND a laxative.  Stuff works wonders!
